We researched a lot and chose this hotel. It was very clean, with daily housekeeping and free milk and mineral water. The pho in the restaurant was also very affordable and delicious. The hotel was very nice, and watching the sunset from the hotel lawn was beautiful. The staff was also very helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

While traveling with a child the first and foremost thing that I expect is cleanliness of the hotel and if I see food remains on the sofa from previous stays it’s a big no from me. Not only that the floor was so dirty, we couldnt walk without shoes inside, the whole one bedroom apartment just felt very run down and lifeless. If I am paying such high price and denarau boasts on having 5 star hotels, i expect 5 star service. Their breakfast was chaotic. I ordered an omelette that arrived 30 mins later while my husband orders and his arrives in 10 mins. I am afraid to even say it but I felt it was a little raciest as he is white and I am brown so there were white face privileges.
We were so disappointed with the hotel and the service that we checked out on the same day as checkin and went to stay at Radisson instead. Not once did the staff asked why are we checking out early and if there is any issues . We will never be staying in this hotel in denarau again

The experience was very bad, especially the front desk, the breakfast at Nuku was also terrible, the service at Nuku restaurant was also rubbish, the hotel facilities were also very old, and there were a lot of bugs

The overall service is good. There is nothing good in Fiji. The in-room service and meals at Hilton are pretty good. The price is not expensive. The overall scenery of the resort is very good.
